Louisville is coming to know her by her loud, yet contagious laugh, or her favorite line, "I can see you smiling through the radio!" Keisha Nicole is the latest to join the B-96.5 line up.

She began her career in 2004 as a college student on her campus radio station, KLBC. Her Program Director noticed something special about Keisha and knew she had what it takes to succeed in the business.

In 2006, Keisha also had the rare once in a lifetime opportunity to get an internship at one of the country's most legendary Hip - Hop stations, KDAY - FM in Los Angeles. Rare because one usually doesn't begin their career in the second largest market in the country.

One opportunity led to another as she began hosting a Saturday Night show. Always one to get a lot of attention, Keisha went on to be named one of "Hottest Women In Radio" for two consecutive years.

When B-96.5 was looking for our next great personality, "personality" was indeed the key word. Keisha's energy and "can and will - do" spirit made her stand out head and shoulders above all the other candidates and now that energy can be heard afternoons 6 days a week.

Keisha says that "this is only the beginning ! God has given me a voice to inspire others and I will continue to do so." True to that mantra, she's already making positive strides in the short time she's been here with her community outreach.
